The “Sonnenhang Goldanger” complex includes eleven high-quality apartments, all of which face the south. The project is located in an extended residential area.
The method of construction and finishing are witnesses to intelligent architecture. All units exploit the sunlight and none of the apartments are disadvantaged. Balconies, terraces, and direct access to the outdoors create an immediate connection between the interior and nature everywhere.
It can be accessed from the north via Tiefenbachgasse and via the "Guggenberger" entrance from the south on the B163. (see map). Carports and underground parking spaces are just as much part of the complex as a covered parking space for each apartment. |
